Anyone who contacts Kidcrying Garage Doors deserves fair and honest treatment. If you did not get that, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one controls its own quotes, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep written notes.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Kidcrying Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

• The provider's name, if you have it
• A description of what happened and the outcome you want

Our Next Steps

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then review it, which may include contacting the provider, and send you our findings along with any action we take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply to our answer and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to assist.
